#020 Deep Nutrition: Unlocking Your Genome, Good Fats vs Bad (1 of 3)

This is the first of a three part episode, where I am going to dissect some key nutrition concepts. After reading the book, Deep Nutrition, several years ago, I had learned so much about how our nutrition effects our genes, our symmetry, and much more. Even if you didn’t read the book, there were a few main take-aways, that if you only did these things, you could lead a much healthier, vibrant, and disease-free life. Further, I see so many people making a huge mistakes when it comes to the types of oils they should be using and it makes me cringe. The problem is, it’s not your fault. The media along with several governmental groups such as the American Heart Association (AMA) and the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) have led people astray since the 1960’s. With so much time overlapped, people just continue to do what generations before them have done, or they just don’t know any better because the new, real science is not being promoted. These are easy fixes, but if not addressed, 30 years will pass and you’ll be on six different medications for your blood pressure, cholesterol, and sexual performance.

In this episode I talk about heart disease, cholesterol, LDL vs HDL, good fats vs bad fats, and the history of this science. It’s ironic as at the time of creating this episode, other doctors and wellness warriors are trying to tell the other side of the coronavirus pandemic, and they are being silenced and censored by the mainstream media, as well as social media outlets. In the 1960’s, the same type of censorship was orchestrated, and Americans were told to change thier diet, eat certain foods, and heart disease which was at all time lows skyrocketed. And so did the pocketbooks of Big Pharma. Enjoy the episode!
